Very excited to break ground on the largest affordable housing property developed in Multnomah County in the last 50 years! The property at Block 45 will provide homes for 240 Portland households living on low incomes. It was a great turnout for Home Forward with Ted Wheeler, Deborah Kafoury, Oregon Housing and Community Services, Portland Housing Bureau, LEVER Architecture, LRS Architects, KPFF Portland, Glumac, and so many others from the community.
O’Neill/Walsh Community Builders (OWCB) is the general contractor on this project in partnership with Northwest Infrastructure, LLC.
