What a difference a year makes! Images capturing the amazing teamwork for REACH CDC on their Renaissance Commons which will serve low-income families and working adults! Beautifully designed by MWA Architects, Inc., Renaissance Commons was developed as part of the City of Portland’s North/Northeast Neighborhood Housing Strategy. All 189 apartments at Renaissance Commons were given priority to longtime residents of North or Northeast Portland through the the North/Northeast Housing Strategy Preference Policy Waitlist application.
Thanks to REACH, MWA, our dedicated trade partners and all the crews involved bringing this community-building project to fruition for our local families. Thanks to our WALSH team of Kent Usher, Mario Hernandez, Caitlin B. Kelley, Scott Rascoe and Laura Waddick for their dedicated and diligent efforts successfully navigating the current climate!
