Major updates coming from our Colina project, located directly next to the Beacon Hill Light rail station. New additions include successfully completing all concrete work on the Colina West, located on Beacon Ave, as well as wrapping up excavation and below grade concrete scopes at Colina East on 17th, as you can see from the slides. Once complete, this 139-unit transit oriented development will look to be a staple in the Beacon Hill neighborhood.
The owner, Pacific Housing Northwest, has made it a focus to incorporate unique transportation options as well as opportunities to encourage community growth. Additionally, artwork by Seattle-based artist, not to mention sustainable practices including solar hot water, bio-swales, solar panels, and green roofs!
