Parkview at Terwilliger Plaza will be a ten-level, 370,000 SF building offering 127 independent senior living homes built to Passive House principles which will contribute to Portland’s distinction as a national leader in sustainable building practices! In early August, the skybridge will be erected and will connect the Parkview expansion with the existing campus while also creating an iconic gateway to the southern entrance to the city. We are thrilled to be collaborating with Terwilliger Plaza, LRS Architects, Inc. and PAE while leading the way toward improved senior accessibility.
