Brian Ames

Superintendent

Brian has developed exceptional communication and project
management skills in his 12 years in the industry. Brian understands
the unique requirements of working in occupied sites and brings
extensive experience with mixed-use projects. His insight and
communication skills will keep information moving to facilitate
decision-making. As project manager, Brian’s ability to respond
quickly and accurately to complex requirements, tight schedules
and constrained budgets has resulted in successful projects
completed for a variety of clients. He possesses an excellent ability
to create, communicate and execute complex and demanding
schedules. Brian will work closely with the project team to assist
in preconstruction efforts, implement budget and subcontractor
selection. His attention to detail and ability to coordinate direction
with architects, owners, subcontractors and everyone else on the
project team has proven invaluable.
