Clay Livingston

Superintendent

Clay has over three decades of experience successfully directing complex work on occupied and constrained sites. He has worked on most construction types, and excels in coordination of diverse scopes; managing occupied renovations and new construction, from wood over concrete mixed-use, to concrete and steel, to large ground-related housing. Clay has been a key team member, with 17 years of experience building some of WALSH’s most challenging projects. He oversees quality control in the field and is responsible for scheduling, subcontractor and job coordination, site supervision, safety and direct labor activity coordination. Clay will be onsite full time to verify that the scope of the work performed conforms to the contract documents.
