Kim joined WALSH with over seven years of industry experience specializing in tenant improvements, asset management, and capital improvement plans. With this extensive background in real estate and construction, Kim has successfully brought together teams to execute complex projects while maintaining budges and helping drive schedules for over five years at WALSH. Skilled at facilitating cross-team communication with on-site staff, clients, and owners, she also has significant experience working in occupied spaces and understands the nuances of working with sensitive populations. Recent projects include The Commons (interior/exterior renovation of five-story multifamily senior affordable housing structure), Linfield University’s School of Nursing (renovation of five buildings in only six months on new NW campus), and ongoing work for The Standard including a full lobby remodel at 900 SW 5th and a 24-floor Facilities Upgrade between two towers in the downtown core.
