Matt Holcom

Matt joined WCC as a superintendent with experience on complex housing, commercial, and industrial projects. He’s managed a range of construction types, including wood frame over concrete; concrete and steel; and pre-engineered metal buildings. Matt’s work includes The Douglas, a $14 million, mixed-use development for Seattle University with 81 units over below-grade parking; a $173 million, 200-bed hospital expansion for Banner Health; and a $145 million water treatment facility with 13 separate structures. Matt has always excelled at challenging projects, as an intern with Walsh, he worked on Nordheim Court, an eight-building student housing project on the active UW campus; and assisted with the complete rehabilitation of a commercial building to accommodate the new headquarters of Christ Church in Kirkland.
