Mike joined WALSH in 1999 and has been in the industry for over three decades. As Principal-in-Charge, Mike has an active role in all preconstruction activities including: value engineering, cost estimating, method and product analysis. Mike is well versed in all aspects of preconstruction and general project management and will assist the team throughout the planning and construction phases. Mike’s track record on similar projects will ensure that the budget is reasonable and attainable while meeting the owner’s goal of a high-value project.
