Nolan Knox

Superintendent

With over 10 years of experience in construction, Nolan began his career at WALSH in 2015 after graduating from the Oregon State University Construction Engineering Management (CEM) program! He quickly began work at the 186,510 SF, 155-affordable-unit Abigail Apartments and upon completion became a vital part of our Bridge Meadows Beaverton team! One of our long-time non-profit partners, Bridge Meadows addresses the chronic issue of foster children by creating permanent families and homes for foster children exiting the child welfare system, and surrounding the new families with supportive “honorary” grandparents, all living inter-dependently within an intentional intergenerational community. Nolan brings great attention to detail, work closely with our superintendent and will provide the coordination of quantity take-offs, submittals and submittal logs, as-built drawings, RFI tracking, punch lists and project close-out procedures. In addition to tracking submittals, RFI and other project documentation, Nolan will provide oversight in the field, offering a fresh set of eyes in the areas of quality and safety.
