Susan brings 18 years of experience as a builder. As project manager, Susan’s ability to respond quickly and accurately to complex requirements, tight schedules and constrained budgets has resulted in successful projects completed for non-profit and private clients. In addition to multi-family housing, her portfolio includes occupied renovation projects in commercial/retail, technology, and health sciences. Susan’s expertise with urban sites includes managing daily operations of Bakhita Gardens, a high profile housing project on a congested site at the corner of 2nd and Bell, turning the project over to the owner three days ahead of schedule and well within the owner’s budget.
