Tracy has 18 years of construction experience with mixed-use and renovation projects, including high-profile new construction such as the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in Seattle, and fast track, complex tenant improvements for commercial clients including Boeing, US Bank, ID Biomedical and Wright Runstad. Tracy was a key member of our Douglas Residence Hall and BelRoy Court teams, taking charge throughout construction of subcontractor coordination and sustainability documentation for these challenging mixed-use residential projects.
