Funded by Metro’s Affordable Housing Bond, the Mary Ann Apartments cover 72,000 SF and are comprised of 25 one-bedroom units, 26 two-bedroom units and 3 three-bedroom units. Residential amenities include 39 secured parking stalls, a fitness center, a community room, and a play area within the interior courtyard.

The Mary Ann is built to be affordable to families and individuals whose income is at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), and 20% of them are made affordable to people making 30% or less of the AMI. It was initially approved as one of the four Phase 1 projects green-lighted by the Metro Council in 2019.
