Cedar Commons, located in Portland’s Powellhurst-Gilbert District, will be a new affordable housing development built on 1.07 acres. When complete the project will contain 60 total units, forty of which will be Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). At least 10 units will serve people living with severe mental illness (SMI). The project is a turn-key venture with Related NW serving as the lead developer and Central City Concern (CCC) retaining ownership and operations at project completion.

Construction began in June 2020 and will be completed in July 2021.
