Fairview Arms covers the renovation of 45 units located in four 2 and 3 story buildings that are on a slightly sloping sight with on-grade parking. The major scope items include: replacement of roof, windows and siding, addition of a R-13 sprinkler system, selective interior improvements and upgrade of hot water boilers and electrical infrastructure.

The $6.7m worth of work consists of four buildings that range in height from one to three stories with a total of 45 apartment units. The work to be done includes replacing exterior siding, removal and replacement of all roofs, windows, and doors, replacement of exterior stairways and balcony railings, and a new site and exterior building lighting, drainage, and accessibility improvements, and selective replacement of appliances, and plumbing and electrical upgrades. The existing laundry room will be reconfigured to add a community room and resident services office.
