Mt. Baker Family Housing will have 95 apartments affordable to low-income and homeless families. At the first level, 8,200 square feet is dedicated to a family resource and education center. Half of the units will be available to families with a history of homelessness through King County’s Coordinated Entry for All – a program connecting families at risk to support services and housing resources. This 8-story residential building is at the center of the Mt. Baker neighborhood, only a block away from the Beacon Hill Link light rail stop, and less than three miles from downtown.
