ITEMS INCLUDED:
All scopes are open for bid except Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Low Voltage & Fire Protection which were previously bid.

 

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • This project will have MWESB requirements.  Submit your plan for MWESB participation as it will be part of scoring your bid.
  • No prevailing wage requirements. However, there will be Workforce Training requirements for scopes over $100,000.00
  • Include Gross Receipts Tax (AKA CAT tax or Student Success Tax) effective 1/1/2020 in your final bid.

Civic Drive SW – BID OPPORTUNITY

Located in Gresham on NW Civic Dr & NW 13th, the project consists of 5 buildings over one contiguous below grade parking garage, totaling approximately 558,000 square feet. The roughly 4 acre site has nearly 400 underground parking spaces under a PT deck (Considered Building A) that holds 5 wood-framed buildings and a large public courtyard.

The buildings consist of one 6-story building (5 over 1), one 3-story building (C), one 4-story building (D), and two 5-story buildings (E & F). The buildings in entirety feature over 430 units comprised of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Building B has a commercial retail space of approximately 12,000 SF. Buildings B, C and D are figured as Market Rate while Buildings E & F are Workforce Housing targeting Earth Advantage Multifamily Gold.

Construction schedule – Targeted start date late April 2020

Boli-Prevailing wages project apply
Weekly certified payroll reports will be required.

All subcontractors will be required to post a prevailing wage bond in the amount of $30,000, unless exempted by BOLI regulations

Buildings E & F are pursuing Earth Advantage Multifamily Gold certification

Dahlke Manor Renovation – BID OPPORTUNITY

Dahlke Manor is an existing 9 story concrete and CMU building that houses 115 units of affordable housing. The project will be an occupied remodel of selective mechanical, plumbing, electrical / low voltage, and fire suppression systems in the units and common spaces. Additionally,the ground floor and site will be re-programmed to better accommodate the services provided. Six units will be remodeled and reconfigured into ADA units.

Construction schedule –November 1, 2020 start with a 13-month duration.

Davis-Bacon Building Prevailing Wages apply
Weekly certified payroll reports will be required.
