Construction Start: The 2nd half of April and finish December, 2019.

Description: 

The development will consist of four separate buildings including a three floor studio apartment complex containing (36) apartment units and three separate two story single room occupancy complexes consisting of (2) kitchens, (4) bathrooms and (12) units in each.  The units will be built as modular units that will come to the site in sections and be connected in the field.

Project requirements include earth advantage gold, workforce training for subcontracts over $100K, 20% MWESB participation goal and BOLI commercial prevailing wage to be paid for all on site work.  Work to be completed in the modules off site prior to being delivered to the site does not carry the prevailing wage requirement.  This bid request is only for the ON SITE work.

The fire protection and low voltage subcontractors have already been selected and no further bids will be needed on these two scopes.

The project has BOLI commercial prevailing wage rates effective as of January 1, 2018 including the April 1, 2018 Amendment.

Please provide your bids by March 14th @ 2:00pm.
