New four-story affordable housing with 64 units, wood frame construction, 59,504 sf total conditioned space, 35,887 sf of envelope with a small landscaped courtyard. Also includes a small portion of site and building demolition as well as new City of Portland sidewalks along Foster Blvd.
Walsh Construction is requesting final GMP bids for 73 Foster Affordable Housing Apartment project. Construction is anticipated to start January 2024, completion March 2025.

Just Compassion Resource Center
New construction of a day center, 24-hour shelter in a new 2-story building located on SE Hall Boulevard in Tigard, Oregon. The building will be PV ready, have advanced air sealing throughout, as well as energy efficient appliances and equipment. All spaces shall be move-in ready, build-out with MEP & fire protection, and finishes with systems built in to accommodate 15 future transitional housing studio units. The new resource building will be Earth Advantage Platinum Certified. The existing building on the adjacent lot to the south is to remain in operation. Right of way improvements including a new sidewalk, hardscape, site stair, retaining walls and landscape.
