CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE  – Construction to begin November 2020 with a 21-month construction schedule.

 

This project will be pursuing LEED for Homes Gold

 

ITEMS INCLUDED:
Scopes open for bid are shoring / foundation

 

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • This project will have 30% MWESB requirements plus MW labor hour targets
  • Prevailing wage requirements; BOLI & DB
  • Workforce Training requirements for scopes over $100,000.00
  • Section 3 hiring and Section 3 business goal targets

Large Division will be open for bid in late July.

 

Located in Portland at 11514 SE Division, the project will be four-story, slab on grade, wood frame construction. It will provide 138 units of affordable family housing with a courtyard and parking.

 

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE  – Construction is scheduled to begin in fourth quarter of 2020 and  continues through Spring of 2022

 

This project will be pursuing Earth Advantage certification

 

ITEMS INCLUDED:
All scopes are open for bid Except Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, & Solar.

 

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
