What an incredible project and team! The PAE Living Building team has not missed a beat despite the pandemic, wildfires, ice storms and the recent heat wave. This incredibly innovative International Living Future Institute Living Building project, which is taking sustainability and earthquake resilience to new heights, is set to meet completion and budget goals with a September opening. 30Bellevue provides 63 affordable homes for families, seniors, and veterans on an existing surface parking lot behind St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in the North Towne neighborhood of Bellevue. Congratulations to the 30Bellevue team!

So exciting to see the Phase II Wesley Homes Des Moines project unfold! Aerial views from April show the progression of the new apartments and community building centered within a beautiful 42-acre campus that overlooks Puget Sound and Vashon Island. The five-story Gardens building in progress is 310,000 sf, and includes a 24,000-sf Town Center, 151 apartment homes for independent living and two levels of underground parking. Wesley provides housing and eldercare to seniors and offers a variety of health services including personal care, hospice care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
