Columbia Sportswear Lillehammer Event Center

A conversion of the existing 22,500 SF warehouse into the largest meeting and event space on the Columbia Sportswear Campus

In a relationship spanning nearly 30 years, we have completed tenant improvements, seismic upgrades, new builds, and historic rehabs for Columbia Sportswear. A tribute to the Columbia-sponsored 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer Norway, the Lillehammer Event Center was a conversion of the existing 22,500 SF warehouse into the largest meeting and event space on the Columbia Sportswear Campus. It provides space for 1,200 campus employees, which can be divided into five individual meeting rooms for smaller events, as well as a cafe and ice beverage bar.

Our team has been working on facilities projects ranging from $10-50,000 alongside a new $3.8 million state-of-the-art photo studio. Other project experience includes renovation of the Columbia Sportswear Flagship store, the Mountain Hardwear store, and the United Carriage Building, as well as retail outlets in Park City, UT, Portland and Lake Oswego, OR.
