72,000 SF affordable housing apartment building featuring a mix of one-, two-, and three bedroom units along with amenities
The Mary Ann brings to Beaverton 54 new affordable housing apartments with a mix of one-, two-, and three bedroom units in the 72-000 SF building. The apartments were designed to be indistinguishable from market-rate apartments and come complete with 39 secured parking stalls, a fitness center, community room, laundry room, and a play area within the interior courtyard. The building is also conveniently located by transit options and walkable local buildings and restaurants. Earth Advantage Certification was achieved through optimized natural lighting throughout each elevation in addition to eco-friendly appliances and fixtures.
