The Redd on Salmon Street is a 45,000 square-feet food production and distribution campus covering two blocks that is comprised of two buildings: Redd West and Red East that, together, include 3 production kitchens, a warehouse, and offices for food-related businesses. Red East also boats 16,000 square-feet of food production and event space, including a commercial demonstration kitchen and a micro production kitchen for minority and women food and beverage entrepreneurs. Ecotrust partnered with WALSH and Urban Patterns to source local and reclaimed materials and implement innovative energy strategies on this project including a 101.5 kW roof-top PV array. Nestled in Portland’s vibrant Central Eastside district, the Redd on Salmon Street provides space for dynamic, growing, and evolving businesses.
