DESCRIPTION: New 12 story, 234,000 SF affordable housing project with 224 units. On 37,750 SF site. CIP concrete, non-structural light-gauge metal framing.
CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: NTP October 2024 with approximate construction duration of 26 months
- MWESB goal = 30% of hard costs
- Sustainability = Per Spec
- Workforce Training and Diversity = 20% (separate doc to be provided)
- Project is seeking Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF) incentive funds
- Prevailing wage = Oregon Commercial BOLI (July 5, 2023) or D/B Building (whichever is higher)
- There is no onsite parking. Please include parking for your people.
