DESCRIPTION: Cornell Transitional Housing Project is a 4-story building that was formally a Double Tree Hotel located at 15402 NW Cornell Rd, Beaverton, OR 97006. Scope of work includes interior and exterior renovations. Interior includes flooring, painting, re-utilization of spaces. Exterior includes re-clad of existing EIFS to hardie panel and lap siding. Roofing re-work in select areas. Site work updates including ADA accessible parking and added site amenities. Misc. scopes include updated signage and irrigation upgrades. We encourage firms that are COBID certified to propose on the project. The goal is to achieve at least 20% participation across the project.
