The mixed-use, transit-oriented buildings, totaling 121,000 square feet (84,200 and 36,100, respectively), are adjacent to Beacon Hill Light Rail Station and sit beside each other with an alley between them. Colina East includes 99 apartments, 1,410 square feet of commercial space at street level, and one level of below-grade parking with 40 stalls. Colina West holds 40 apartments, 3,700 square feet of street-level retail space, a full rooftop deck, and ample resident amenity spaces. The apartments comprise a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
